THE LEADING ROLE OF FABRIC WASTE
At Mona & Churro we collect fabric remnant from the cutting workshops at Galán neighborhood in Bogotá. We then handle them to our artisan women so those remans can become the protagonists of the stories that adorn our pieces of garment. It is a way to give such "waste" a second chance and thus reduce the pollution generated by the textile industry.
